Kelley Stanton has been in the retirement plan and benefit solutions industry for two decades. Her specialties in the retirement plan arena include the review and consulting of existing retirement plans for proper plan design, compliance, fee transparency, fund performance bench marking, and correction programs.  Kelley is experienced in all areas of retirement plans including: qualified and non-qualified plans, and daily valuation platform and balance forward plans.

Through her progressive career, Kelley has also become an expert in Business Solutions for Employers, enabling her clients to have the best overall operations of their companies.  Kelley has the designations of Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Qualified Pension Consultant (QPC), and Qualified 401(k) Administrator with the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

Billie Durbin has two decades of experience in the human resources, healthcare, and employer benefits industry.  Billie has past experience as the Human Resource Director for a large Healthcare employer where she was responsible for the management of their group benefits and employee health management program.  Additionally, she was actively involved in Performance Management, Document Preparation, Benefit Management, Compliance/Regulatory Management, Recruitment and On-boarding, Training and Process Development, Technology Management, and Organization Design and Redesign.

Billie’s focus on the highest level of customer service and her out-of-the-box thinking allows her to find the perfect solution to each client’s Employer Solution needs.  Billie’s education in Psychology provides great value in the success of engagement strategies and employee communication. Billie is also a Licensed Life, Accident/Health and Variable Annuities Agent and PHR certified.

Heidi Bardonaro

Retirement Solutions Expert

Heidi has been in the retirement plan and benefit solutions industry for 18 years. She has spent the majority of her time focusing on the review and consulting of existing retirement plans for proper plan design, compliance matters, year end testing, reconciliations, and government filings. Heidi has served as a manager- training, mentoring, and reviewing, for over 10 years.

 

Her specialties include plan audits, split plan design management, and correction programs.

​Throughout her career Heidi has become an expert in the industry but most importantly her drive and passion to service clients stand above the rest. Heidi puts her passion and expertise to use each and every day by creating rapport, trust and building amazing relationships.
