Her specialties in the retirement plan arena include the review and consulting of existing retirement plans for proper plan design, compliance, fee transparency, fund performance bench marking, and correction programs.  Kelley is experienced in all areas of retirement plans including: qualified and non-qualified plans, and daily valuation platform and balance forward plans.

Billie Durbin has two decades of experience in the human resources, healthcare, and employer benefits industry.  Billie has past experience as the Human Resource Director for a large Healthcare employer where she was responsible for the management of their group benefits and employee health management program.  Additionally, she was actively involved in Performance Management, Document Preparation, Benefit Management, Compliance/Regulatory Management, Recruitment and On-boarding, Training and Process Development, Technology Management, and Organization Design and Redesign.

Heidi has been in the retirement plan and benefit solutions industry for 18 years. She has spent the majority of her time focusing on the review and consulting of existing retirement plans for proper plan design, compliance matters, year end testing, reconciliations, and government filings. Heidi has served as a manager- training, mentoring, and reviewing, for over 10 years.

Her specialties include plan audits, split plan design management, and correction programs.
